Leonard Steel Limited have been appointed as structural steel fabricators and are currently supplying and erecting 2000t of steel and metal decking for BAM Ireland for the prestigious €150 million Bolands Quay redevelopment at the heart of Dublin’s docklands. This development in the south docks neighbourhood is set to offer a totally new “campus in the city; a vibrant new outdoor space where work-time meets leisure-time”.
Bolands Quay consists of two building 9,029 sq meters and 10,484 sq meters, 12 and 13 storeys respectively. Both towers are progressing well and when completed, this global business hub will include retail, cultural and café spaces, roof gardens and terraces. It will accommodate up to 2500 workers as well as superb apartment living with uninterrupted views of the inner docks, the coast and the surrounding city.
